Look at the job descriptions. If they both have tasks related to 'sales' they are both the same. Just a fancy way to say sale's person.

Economics is far more empirical and maths-oriented. although there’s a lot concepts to get a grasp of too. it’s the technical, ‘hard skills’ end of the business spectrum.

Management is far more about soft-skills like time-management, sales, HR etc and would generally be more work-place oriented. but there would be some more in-depth stuff like problem-solving work also. Generally a course based on management will touch on other aspects of business too.

Business will be your general degree in business. An undergrad like this aims to introduce you to lots of different areas within business ( including management and economics ) and to give you a good general education in all of them. This can prepare you for a lot of jobs, but also assumes that many will go on to specialize in certain areas via a masters / post-graduate program.

The Difference is that a Marketing Consultant helps an organization market better or differently to fulfill the organizations goal or needs. Whereas a Marketing Representative implements different marketing strategies, sometimes gathered information from a Marketing Consultant. Hope that helps
